在原紀曉嵐文化園國家AAA景區(qū)的基礎上，新增建設公園景區(qū)，增加公園要素，打造一處集文化觀光、消費游樂、區(qū)域產品展示于一體，雅俗共賞、趣味兼得的主題文化公園。

建設內容

景區(qū)擬分為四區(qū)、六園、一館、二十八景。四區(qū)：紀曉嵐文化園區(qū)（改擴建）、文化廣場區(qū)、古文化街區(qū)（新建）、公園風景區(qū)（新建）。六園：古棗園、百棗園、百果園、煙波園、紀氏農耕體驗園、閱微意境園。一館：鄉(xiāng)賢館。二十八景：紀家棗坊、紀家葫蘆坊、紀家磨坊、圣水軒等。

投資亮點

滄州距雄安新區(qū)不過百十公里，有大廣、滄保高速可直通一個多小時的路程，可成為雄安新區(qū)旅游的“后花園”，還可吸引京、津、石、廊、保、德、濟、衡等周邊300公里等地人員來觀光。

投資估算

本項目投資12億元，擬引進資金10億元人民幣。

效益分析

項目建設啟動第五年游客總數(shù)將達到100萬人/年，其中過夜30萬人次/年，總計經營期平均年營業(yè)收入1億人民幣。

項目建設廣面，紀曉嵐文化園區(qū)改擴建已基本完成，文化廣場項目已完成拆遷，古文化街已開工，打粧彳故基礎，文化公園風景區(qū)已完成土地平整。

Brief introduction of the project

On the basis of the original Ji Xiaolan Cultural Park,national AAA scenic spot, the new park scenic area is added to increase the park elements and create a theme cultural park integrating cultural sightseeing, consumption amusement and regional product display into one, which suit both refined and popular tastes.

Construction content

The scenic area is divided into four districts, six gardens,one pavilion and twenty-eight scenic spots. The four district: Ji Xiaolan Culture Park (reorganization and extension), cultural square area, ancient cultural block (new-built)and park scenic area (new-built). Six Gardens: Guzao garden, Bai Zao garden, Baiguo garden, Yanbo garden, Ji's farming experience garden and Yiwei artistic conception garden. One pavilion: Juxian pavilion. Twenty-eight scenes: Jijiazao lane, Ji Jiahulu lane and so on.

Investment light spots

Cangzhou is merely a hundred kilometres away from Xiong An new district. There are Daqing-Guangzhou and Cangzhou- Baoding expressway that can shorten journey to over one hour It can be the "rear garden" of tourism in Xiong an new district and also attract visitors from Beijing, Tianjin, Shi Jiazhuang.Langfang, Baoding, Dezhou, Hengshui and other places from the nearby 300 kilometers.

Investment assessment

The investment of this project is 1.2 billion RMB and 1 billion RMB is proposed to be introduced.

Profit analysis

In the fifth year after project starting construction, the amount of visitors will reach one million per year, among whose annual 300,000 visitors will choose to stay overnight. The total annual average operation revenue is 0.1 billion RMB.

Project progress

In terms of project construction, the reconstruction and expansion of the Ji Xiaolan Culture Park has been basically completed. And removal of the cultural plaza project has been finished. The ancient cultural street has been started for construction piling for foundation. The cultural park scenic area has completed land leveling.
